Sophie Dumas is an intern with the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) in Berlin, where she contributes to the institute’s work on data & technology politics.
She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. Her main research interests lie in internet and cybersecurity policy.
Previously, Sophie was an intern in the government relations department of the Technology Association of Georgia, the largest state technology trade association in North America, where she contributed to the formation of the National Technology Security Coalition. She has also interned at the Consulate General of France in Atlanta, where she worked in the communications and science offices.
